Step 1 :-   Open µTorrent, And go to Options > Preferences.

                                  

Step 2 :- Then Click on Connection and then click on Random port 2 times to set the default port OR you can use the port which i have set.

                   

Step 3 :- Now Do as i do in Screen Shots Exactly.

Step 8 :- Finally Exit your torrent (Bit torrent OR 
u torrent which you have) and start again to save settings perfectly .


Step 9 :- Now download your torrent which has high seeds and good health. After your download starts  right click on the file which is being downloaded, and go to Bandwidth Allocation > High , After that you are done.
